Empowerment involves someone else becoming more powerful than they actually are. When we build personal empowerment, we take the time to reflect on all sorts of personal skills, goals, and values, as well as preparing ourselves to adjust our behavior in a way that enables us to achieve our goals. At the same time, however, you should always make sure that all of your goals are both specific and realistic in nature.

Information This is something that is absolutely necessary in order to develop both skills and self-awareness. Being able to know where you can find specific information is also an essential skill that you can work to develop. If you don’t have any information, you will find that all of your choices are rather limited in scope.
